We have created 3 users for you which you can use to login and view the systems available functions.

User name  Role           Description   
admin      ROLE_ADMIN     Can add, update and remove USERS, REGIONS and STORES (This user cannot be deleted)
clerk      ROLE_CLERK     Can upload stock data, capture stock and perform maintenance on captured stock.
manager    ROLE_MANAGER   Can perform all ROLE_ADMIN and ROLE_CLERK functions and has access to reports

The password for the above users is pass1234.

Please note that the clerk user only has access to the stock take process.
This type of user also does not have the ability to view serial numbers of given items on the maintenance page.
What this means, is that if for example you have 3 iphone5's in your store with serial numbers S1, S2 and S3, on the capture screen the clerk scans S1 and S3.
On the maintenance page the clerk will see that there are 3 I phone5's but only 2 have been scanned.
A manager however will be able to see the serial numbers of the missing items.

Currently you can import your stores stock data into the stock take application by using a csv format.
Please take a look at the attached file which describes the format the data should be in for it to upload successfully.
Note: MTN OMS Users can import data by using the export function in OMS to export the stores stock on hand file in xml format and then use the simple stock take upload stock function to upload the xml file.

Once you have logged in you will notice that we have loaded a template stock take based on the attached stock on hand file for your review.
